The fanciest restaurant in Rawlins, this little steak house in a Victorian home serves hand-cut meat, seafood, and pasta, with a few Asian fusion dishes, to boot. Co-owner Lena Dirck grew up in Singapore and opened the restaurant with her husband James in the mid-1990s, back when it was hard to find a variety of restaurants in Rawlins. Aspen House remains a favorite with locals and visitors alike.

Located in a little green house, Bella's cozy dining room is the place to head for a special occasion—and just any time you want some really good pasta, chicken Parmesan, or steak. The desserts, antipasti, soups, salads, and wine selection are also top-notch. There's even a kids' menu.

This fun and casual small chain has some of the best ribs, steaks, and seafood you'll find in the state. The portions are eye-popping in size, and there's a good selection of sides and desserts, plus a full bar. The atmosphere is more sports bar than traditional steak house, and with a location right by the stadium, the place often brings in a young crowd. Brunch is offered on the weekends.
