Tucked between Downtown Nashville and the suburban enclaves of Green Hills and Belle Meade, Midtown is the perfect place for a newcomer to a rapidly growing city. Midtown residents enjoy easy access to the heart of Nashville without the hassle of rush-hour traffic, and the benefit of living near some of the city’s most notable attractions, like the Grand Ole Opry and Printer’s Alley. With amenities like a direct bus route that travels into and away from downtown, and proximity to I–440, which circumnavigates the city, Midtowners can travel to nearly any part of the Metropolitan Nashville area with ease. In their free time, they can walk the trails of Centennial Park (or play fetch with a furry roommate at the adjacent dog park), or peruse some of the world’s most provocative exhibits at the Frist Art Museum. Concerts at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center (TPAC), Nissan Stadium, and the Bridgestone Arena are a quick car ride away.
