About the Restaurants

Family restaurants, diners, and pubs do well in North Dakota, as do steak houses, thanks to the state’s thriving cattle industry. Most restaurants have a casual ambience, and steak houses in the evening are as close as you’ll get to fine dining in this laid-back state. While international cuisine is largely limited to Tex–Mex and pasta, there are a few Chinese, Indian, Thai, and Japanese eateries.
