So long as you're over 21, recreational cannabis (up to 1 ounce) is legal in Las Vegas, and in recent years the city has seen a proliferation of dispensaries. Some of these dispensaries are tiny storefronts in suburbia; others are giant, tourist-friendly destinations right off the Strip (especially the North Strip). Still others boast 24-hour drive-thru windows. All dispensaries require identification before you buy, and all transactions must be in cash. Also, be forewarned: no casino allows marijuana smoking on the gaming floor, and you cannot legally smoke in a hotel room.
