About the Restaurants

Nebraska’s dining options range from simple bar and grills to elegant farm-to-table restaurants, most of which are found in Omaha and Lincoln. Out in the prairielands, you’re more likely to come across family diners, pizza joints, steak houses, and Mexican restaurants; some of the smaller cities also have a few Chinese and Thai places. Dining throughout the state is generally casual, and few restaurants, even in the big cities, enforce a dress code.
