Pulled pork sandwiches, Cajun-style andouille sausage platters, and racks of hickory-smoked pork ribs are favorites with sides of mac 'n' cheese, baked beans, and chunky potato salad. There's also smoked chicken pot pie on Thursday and barbecue meat loaf on Friday. Six rotating beers, including selections from local Black Bridge Brewery, are on tap.
