The food truck phenomenon has taken up wheels in Vancouver and a growing number of mobile kitchens has taken to the streets, selling fresh juices, spicy tacos, down-home barbecue, freshly caught seafood, and more. Needless to say, the assortment is as eclectic as the region’s multicultural mix.
