Carmelis Goat Cheese
The drive to Carmelis is up the side of the mountain, so bring your camera to take photos of the stupendous views. Save some shots for the goats—they're responsible for some of the cheeses you can sample (and buy, of course). They also serve a goat milk gelato.

Okanagan Lavender & Herb Farm
You can wander through more than 60 varieties at this farm, which like the surrounding wineries, is open to the public. There's a gift shop where you can enjoy a cool lavender lemonade or lavender ice cream to go. They're closed mid-December to April. Arlo's Honey Farm is just around the corner.
