The chef-owner calls it a building-block menu; you can modify the bread and sauce—there are a dozen varieties, including several curries, peanut satay, jerk mayo, mango raita (yogurt, tomatoes, chutney), tahini, teriyaki, garlic cream, and even gravy like Mom used to make.
