Created to raise awareness and generate work opportunities for deaf and disabled people, many of whom it now employs, Epic Arts Cafe serves a selection of tasty breakfast and lunch dishes, as well as desserts, fresh-fruit smoothies, and coffee brewed from local beans. Kampot's 1930s fish market has been upgraded into a luxe riverfront bistro that's the perfect spot for a stylish sundowner: cocktails use local flavors so you'll find a Kampot pepper Bloody Mary and lychee martinis. The seafood-focused menu mixes Asian and international flavors, from Cajun Salmon steaks to Sicilian-style squid, to perfection.
