Washington's chefs head to Bistro Français for minute steak with parsley butter, sirloin sandwiches, and rotisserie chicken. Daily specials may include suprême of salmon with broccoli mousse and beurre blanc. Salads and omelets are lighter in weight than the entrées. The Bistro also has fixed-price lunches and early and late-night dinner specials that include an appetizer and dessert, as well as a champagne brunch on weekends.
It stays open until 3 am on weekdays and 4 am on weekends.
