Norfolk Tides. Gleaming over the Norfolk harbor area is Harbor Park, home to the Norfolk Tides. The Tides are the International League, Triple-A team for the New York Mets. Harbor Park seats 13,000 fans and has a full-service restaurant and bar. For added fun, travel to the ball game via the Elizabeth River Ferry.
