Creemee vs. Soft-Serve

A creemee is Vermont's answer to soft-serve ice cream. It often has a higher fat content than typical soft-serve—thanks in part to state specialties like local dairy and maple syrup—making it especially rich, silky and, well, creamy. (Hence the name.)
