International Cuisine: South Nashville and Woodbine

Bordering Berry Hill to the east is South Nashville and Woodbine, which have a growing immigrant and refugee population. Nashville is home to the nation’s largest Kurdish population and has one of the fastest growing immigrant populations in the country. This diversity has made its main thoroughfare, Nolensville Pike, the city’s epicenter of delicious international food: in addition to its famed taco trucks, there is also delicious Turkish food, multiple Thai options, and a food court with Mexican and Latin American options called Plaza Mariachi.
