Among several noteworthy dining and bar options, the Cave serves gin in coffee cups and nightly entertainment in a former 1930s speakeasy, while the Main Dining turns out rarefied cuisine and has giant windows overlooking the mountains. The hotel also has a 25,000-square-foot spa and a renovated 18-hole Donald Ross golf course that opened in 1915.
