A multi-million dollar renovation in 2022 has transformed this beachfront property into something special, with a new pool and outdoor bar, a gorgeous rooftop dining area, an oceanfront patio with year-round fire pits, and a bar, set within in a newly constructed building. Guest rooms also got some love, with coastal-chic decor, luxury bedding, and ocean-view decks; the majority of the 33 rooms offer unobstructed views of the Atlantic. The owners also opened Pelham on Main in West Dennis and Pelham on Earle in East Harwich in 2022; guests at those properties can take a free shuttle to this resort and use the facilities.
