Most rooms at this small motel on the north end of Hyannis Harbor have harbor views and small balconies overlooking the water; its simple street-side appearance belies its spacious and immaculate accommodations, extensive grounds, and nice touches like afternoon treats and complimentary use of bicycles. New owners refreshed the property in 2022, removing carpeting and adding smart TVs among other upgrades. An outdoor pool and fire pits overlooking the harbor make this a pleasant base for exploring the Cape, and the Lewis Bay location can't be beat.
