Fodor's Expert Review The Eastside

This restaurant lacks ambience, but the service is friendly and attentive, and the food is pretty good. The kale salad with goat cheese and succulent hulihuli chicken are winners, as are any of the fresh fish choices. For dessert, the lilikoi cheesecake and flourless chocolate cake come in huge portions that are best shared. The small bar is a nice place for a specialty cocktail, and there's live music a few nights a week.
