Fodor's Expert Review
Complete modern kitchens, tile lanai, and washer-dryer units are found in every suite of this comfortable oceanfront condo complex. The nearest sandy beach is 2 miles away, but the pool is next to the ocean and 50 of the rooms are oceanfront. Although the complex is not within walking distance of downtown Kailua Village, there are plenty of convenience stores and delis nearby.
Tip Be sure to take a look at their free daily car rental package – it’s a nice extra feature that may or may not be a money saving perk for you.

Room
Suites are either one or two bedroom and all feature full kitchens, private lanais, and full or partial ocean views. Each suite is decorated with clean, bright island décor (though some of it is pretty dated) and features comfy furniture and beds.
Tip Make your reservation for ocean front, not ocean view for optimum views of the ocean.
Bathroom
Bathrooms are decorated simply and typically include large mirrors and tub/shower combos.
Tip All suites feature air conditioning, which can be especially nice during hot Kona summers. The PlayStation 3 consoles are also a nice perk for the very rare rainy days.
Lobby
The open air lobby features a basic setup with reception desk, casual lanai furniture, and ocean views.
Pool
The medium-sized pool overlooks the ocean and sandy beach lounging area, with a line of palm trees casting some shade. There is also a hot tub next to the pool.
Dining
There are no on-site restaurants, but full kitchens allow for guests to cook in their rooms.
