This American-style port-side bar/restaurant/entertainment center, owned by a childhood friend of the prince (the singer Prince, coincidentally, once played a secret concert here), is like the Monégasque version of the Hard Rock Café. The restaurant is the heart of Monaco's expat community and is known for its commitment to the environment, which is reflected in a locally sourced menu that includes its signature juicy burgers and chicken wings with vegan and vegetarian options like aubergine burgers and Indian Dahl. There's also a daily €12 lunch. Sports memorabilia and photos hang on the wall as it's a favorite of local athletes; resident Novak Djokovic even had his first date with his wife here. Take note that while you'll find locally made kombucha on the menu, Coca Cola, Sprite, and all industrial sodas have been replaced with organic colas made in Bordeaux with organic brown cane sugar.
