The newest addition to Cernobbio's restaurant scene occupies a lovely villa in the hills with chic white-and-wood rooms and wonderful mountain and lake vistas; ask to dine on the terrace if the weather allows. The food is a modern interpretation of Italian cuisine, with light and fresh seasonal menus that update monthly and may include dishes such as porcini flan with green celery and Parmesan, guinea fowl stuffed with chestnuts, and timbale of sea bream with a salad of spelt and pumpkin. If all that food leaves you sleepy, spend the night in one of their three airy guestrooms that include access to the pool and garden.
