A tranquil setting on the outskirts of Samos Town comes with a refreshing pool and nice views—enjoyed from many of the private balconies—of Samos Bay and the mountains beyond. The trick here is to ask for one of the renovated rooms, which are nicely updated and decked out in sophisticated contemporary design, while older rooms with cramped bathrooms are much in need of a redo. Lunch and dinner service is commendable—a real plus, since nearby dining options are scarce.
