Apeiranthos is very picturesque, with views and marble-paved streets running between the Venetian Bardani and Zevgoli towers. As you walk through the arcades and alleys, notice the unusual chimneys—no two are alike. The elders, whose ancestors came from Crete, sit on their doorsteps chatting, and their hilly home in the mountains is noticeably cooler and greener than down by the coast.
