Air

Olympic Air (owned by Aegean Air) and Sky Express offer regular flights from Athens to Corfu, Kefalonia, and Zakynthos (all 1 hour), starting at around €42 one-way. Sky Express even flies daily during summer and also offers a Kefalonia–Zakynthos connection (25 mins). Direct flights from Thessaloniki to Corfu, and from Preveza to Corfu and Kefalonia are also available; all other routes within Greece go through Athens. Many seasonal (Mar.–Oct.) connections link the three islands to the rest of Europe, with the major cities of the UK, Germany, and Italy in particular offering multiple non-stop connections via EasyJet, Ryanair, Volotea, and Jet2.

Corfu's Ioannis Kapodistrias International Airport is just south of Corfu Town, about a mile from the city center. A taxi from the airport to the center costs around €10; an airport bus runs hourly to the New Port via the Green Bus station and the town center. Taxi rates are on display in the arrivals hall.

Zakynthos's Dionysios Solomos International Airport lies 4km (2.5 miles) south of Zakynthos Town. A taxi from the airport to the center costs around €13. Airport buses (€1.60) also run 4 times daily (except Sat. and Sun.) to Zakynthos bus station; tickets can be bought from the driver.

Kefalonia's Pollatou International Airport is 8.5 km (5 miles) south of island capital Argostoli. Pre-booked taxis offer a fixed-fee fare of €20 to Argostoli. An airport bus (€2) also connects to the town center 6–7 times a day during summer; tickets can be bought from the driver.
