The food here is a sophisticated take on Caribbean cuisine. The fish of the day—it could be mahimahi or swordfish—is always especially good. Or try one of the curries if you don't want seafood. For a real local taste, start with the saltfish cakes served with shredded cabbage and mango puree. The coconut flan for dessert is another Caribbean favorite.
