It has no official name, but Anglophone visitors refer to the complex of stalls next to the Club Amigo Atlántico Guardalavaca hotel as "the flea market." (Try mercado if you're asking for directions in Spanish.) Around 20 vendors gather here each day, and you'll find a surprisingly nice selection of souvenirs.
