Fodor's Expert Review Sebastian's on the Beach

Sitting on the island's north coast, Sebastian's has a casual beach vibe and rooms that vary in amenities and price, all of them attractively remodeled following Hurricane Irma, with the 12 oceanfront rooms a bit more up-to-date than those that the hotel calls "beach rear." These less expensive rooms are across the street from the ocean and lack views. Those nearest the intersection of North Coast Road and Zion Hill Road suffer from traffic noise. Although you can eat all your meals at the resort's enjoyable restaurant, the Seaside Grille, the wonderful Sugar Mill Restaurant is just a short drive east.
