Try a cashew-and-coconut prawn appetizer, followed by a classic char-grilled beef fillet with truffle-mushroom bread-and-butter pudding or perhaps panfried venison with a caramelized onion and blue cheese tart. The dark chocolate mousse with Chantilly cream is a perfect finishing touch.
