This Otaru institution serves up unconventional varieties of ice cream (beer-, cherry blossom–, sea urchin–, squid ink–flavored) made from fresh ingredients in an 1892 warehouse in an alleyway one block from the canal. Single, double, and triple scoops cost ¥300, ¥500, and ¥700, respectively.
