This open-air dinner lounge and restaurant is chic but casual, with red stone walls and soothing candle-lit ambience. The brainchild of two couples from Mumbai, I-95 is a hit for its well-executed dishes and flair for presentation. The menu is a mixed bag, with some Indian, seafood, and continental fare. The delectable dishes include the blue crab risotto with jalapeño, lime, and cilantro jelly, beef carpaccio with quail egg, and seared tiger prawns dusted with lemon rind. The restaurant has earned a reputation for its lobster creations, and there's also a rich hot-chocolate soufflé to cap a fine meal.
