Classy and expensive, with a tantalizing menu full of excellent choices, this is Delhi's only Vietnamese restaurant. Not sure whether to start with taro prawns or the fresh summer rolls with chicken, shrimp, and chives? We'd say order both; you won't be disappointed with the presentation or the flavor. It's equally hard to narrow down the main courses, but the stir-fried prawns with tamarind sauce is an excellent bet, as are lamb shanks in oyster sauce. The adjacent Blue Bar has one of the most innovative cocktail lists in town, so stop in before or after dinner.
