Dad and daughter beach break in Europe

Hi there. I’m looking to take away my daughter (16 years old) for a short beach break after she finishes her exams in June. Most likely Europe for circa 5 days but maybe further (we live in UK). Any reasonably priced recommendations would be hugely appreciated 🙏! Many thanks. Nick

With only 5 days you won't want to go further afield thasn Europe, especiall;y if that includes travelling at both ends. Spain is the obvious choice. We can narrow it down if you give us an idea of ehat you'd like to do. Just beach, or sightseeing, or architecture? What sort of budget do you have?

Greece? Rhodes or Chania, Crete or Naxos. It will depend a bit on your closest airport and which places you can reach easily.

just beach. Budget circa £1000-£1100 max excluding flights. Thanks!

Beaches near Łeba, about 100 kms west of Gdańsk.
Photos taken in March.

The beach in Gdynia is about 800 meters from our condo.
The "Walruses " don't mind the cold water.

How about Malta. There are non-stop flights from about a dozen UK airports.

Maybe the south of Portugal (Algarve) can be an interesting choice for you.

I'd add the Canary Islands as a possibility. They're gorgeous.

I'd try the Costa Blanca area, maybe Benidorm, Calpe, Denia. It should allow you to stay within budget, great beaches, good weather in June, good budget food options and only a couple of hours away from the UK.
