Day trip to Innsbruck From Salzburg by Car
Hi everyone,I am planning a day trip by rental car from Salzburg to Innsbruck in mid-May 2024. We'd love to take the most scenic route possible and need to be back in Salzburg by the evening.Here's what we're looking for:A manageable drive for a day tripInformation on any necessary vignettes (Austria and Germany?)
Any advice on the best route for our timeframe, along with any hidden gems we shouldn't miss, would be incredibly helpful.

What do you plan tgo visit in and around Innsbruck and Igls:
Museums, churches , castles.
If you visit everything in the Innsbruck area (inkl Kristallwelten, Patscherkofel, Ambras castle, Rattenberg, ethnograpic museum at Schwaz), you will have no time for detours.
