I've been digging through old posts + searching for trip reports for either/both skiing at Valle Navado and time in Santiago but most of what I've found is from quite some time ago. Has anyone visited since 2020 even? We are planning a trip to do both locations in July but don't know anyone who's been there. Curious about getting from Santiago airport to the hotel at the ski resort—are there shuttles available? Is it worth getting a car and driving ourselves? Also, what did you get up to in Santiago? Did you feel safe there? Are there any places you might recommend we visit/explore—we are not into museums. Thanks in advance!
