I lived and worked in Mauritius for nearly 4 years returning to the UK in 2019. I was in Mauritius on holiday in March 2020 and finally returned to Mauritius in September last year. I found it on the way to recovery post Covid. Some shops and restaurants had disappeared but a lot was much the same as before. It would be great to hear about your impressions on recent trips to Mauritius.
