Finger Lakes, your favorite winery.

Headed to Watkins Glen the 2nd weekend in July. Plan on going to Glenora winery. Do you have a favorite winery we could also visit? Thanks!

It has been a long time since I was there but I liked the Bully Hill Winery on the hill above Hammondsport. It was founded by a man that is not allowed to put his last name on his labels. His brothers sold out to CocaCola and now bottle wines that he calls "tank car wine" with no provenance as to where the grapes were grown. Bully Hill has tastings (5 different wines and a glass to take home) $8/pp

Glenora is a good choice. Maybe add Herman Wiemer for tasty rieslings and gewurztraminers or Dr. Frank? Ravines and Standing Stone are also solid.
