Is there a way you can add places to visit (like towns or parks)?

Good afternoon/morning/evening

There are some places especially in the Midwest that I would love to recommend onto the website. Is this possible?

thank you

Here on these forums... you just go into the US branch, start a new topic, and tag it with the State the information pertains to.

The other way is to watch the branches you have information on, and answer people's questions when they come up on an ongoing basis.

Sure but the forums are not broken down to town/park level -- just to States, Provinces, Countries, So all towns, state parks, national parks - whatever, are included under that state's tag. For example, Yellowstone threads will be tagged for Wyoming. Niagara Falls under New York and/or Ontario. etc etc

Thank hou

First off, thank you for the reply. So, if I want to suggest some places in Indiana, such as, Bloomington, Indiana Dunes National Park and Amish Country, I can just make a post under the Indiana tab and go into detail about these places? The Midwest is grossly underrepresented (understandably so, but still).

thank you

It sounds like maybe you are used to Trip Advisor? Which is set up a little differently.

To answer your question - yes

As a new poster I believe there is a smaller post limit when you first sign up, so don't worry if you can only posts a couple things. Wait a few days and you'll be deemed a regular member.

I think suze may be right. Not sure what you mean by "suggest places", but this isn't a review site. More a place for people to ask questions about trips they are planning, and then to report on how the trips went. Try reading some of the forums to get an idea.
